The Firm
An independent investment bank for Vision 2030
Free of lending, trading and underwriting conflicts, Thuraya Digital provides senior, independent advice aligned exclusively with the client’s objectives.
Thuraya Digital is a CMA-licensed independent investment banking boutique headquartered in Riyadh, advising corporates, family offices, investors and government entities across the Kingdom.
Our four practices. M&A advisory, capital markets, strategic advisory and FDI origination are bound by a single standard of confidentiality, and the same partners stay engaged end-to-end, across the full lifecycle of a transaction.
It is why we chose our name. Al Thuraya, the Pleiades, was the star cluster Arab navigators trusted to find their bearing at sea. We take the same view of our role: not to carry the capital ourselves, but to make sure it finds its way.
Conflict-free independence
No balance sheet, no trading desk, no distribution agenda. Our recommendations are shaped only by the client’s interest: a structural advantage over integrated banks.
Senior-led execution
Every mandate is executed directly by partners and senior practitioners with international investment banking, sovereign-programme and operating experience, not delegated downward.
Sovereign & regulatory fluency
Working knowledge of CMA, SAMA, MISA, GAMI and ministry-level processes, with experience preparing materials for regulators and government counterparties.
Cross-border reach
An active Europe–GCC investment corridor connecting international corporates and investors to Saudi opportunities, localisation pathways and institutional partners.
regulation
Authorised. Regulated. Accountable.
For us, regulation is not a formality, it is the foundation of the trust our clients place in us. Thuraya Digital operates in full compliance with CMA regulations, the Capital Market Law and applicable Vision 2030 frameworks.
